HEALTH SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY
Nathco Engineering Services Limited is committed to executing and managing its activities to ensure the preservation of health, safety and security of all employees, contractors, sub-contractors, clients and the community. This includes prevention of injuries, damage to equipment and minimising pollution to protect and preserve the environment.

To ensure these requirements are met, Nathco Engineering Services Limited shall:
1. Ensure adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities.
2. Ensure safe handling practices and use of substances.
3. Maintain safe and healthy working conditions at all times.
4. Communicate with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety.
5. Provide ample information, instructions and supervision for employees.
6. Provide relevant training to employees to ensure their competency in work activities.
7. Establish and maintain safe equipment and plant.
8. At all cost prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health.
9. Review and revise this policy as necessary at regular intervals.
10. Maintain compliance with all relevant and applicable HSE legislation.
